James
I became a massage therapist in 2015 after training at the Massage Institute of Memphis. My work is a blend of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, shaped by a steady, intuitive approach. I like to start gently—creating space in the body, inviting it to relax—before gradually working deeper, always listening to how the tissue responds. Every session is different because every person walks in carrying something unique. I take time to get to know what’s going on in your body and how it’s affecting you. My goal is to ease physical stress and help your nervous system settle—creating the conditions for rest, clarity, and a sense of rejuvenation. With time, I get to know your patterns—what helps, what doesn’t—and I adjust accordingly. I care about offering a space that feels supportive, grounded, and responsive to whatever you’re showing up with that day. At the heart of my work is a belief that presence matters. Whether it’s through stillness or movement, I try to show up with steadiness and intention. Massage, for me, is a way to connect—with attention and care. It’s one of the reasons I like doing this work.
